摘 要:为探寻20L气升式反应器中人参不定根生长的适宜条件,对反应器类型、生长素种类、培养基供给次数及接种量的影响进行了研究。结果表明,人参不定根在圆锥形和气球型反应器中生长无显著性差异;在培养基中加入IBA时,不定根生长好于加入NAA;且在接种时一次性加入培养基的效果好于分次加入。在20L反应器中加入不定根80g(FW)时,不定根生长旺盛,好于其它接种量。To improve bioreactor system of adventitious root culture of Panax ginseng, several factors af- fecting adventitious root growth were studied. The results showed that for adventitious root growth, IBA was much more suitable than NAA, the medium was just supplied once at the beginning of culture was better than twice or three times, 80 g per bioreactor inoculation density was the best when using 20 L bio reactor to culture adventitious root of Panax ginseng, and the different types of bioreactors were no use on adventitious root growth.
