摘　　要：图书馆RFID技术系统在图书馆的作业相关项目费用支出中,是一项不小的投资。一旦投入使用,如何简易、可行,经常检测RFID系统的运作是否如预期发挥应有之功能与效用,是许多图书馆的期待。结合GAP理论,从绩效管理的角度,参照ISO/TR20983、ISO11620:1998等与之相关项目,拟出了图书馆RFID绩效评估指标。The expense of the library RFID technology system covers a small investment in the relevant library projects.The operation of RFID system checked up frequently in a simple and feasible way to see whether it works efficiently as scheduled is expected in a number libraries.This paper presents the library evaluation index from the perspective of performance management,combining the theory of GAP and referring to ISO/TR20983,ISO11620 as well as some projects related to 1998.
