摘　　要：在当下高校图书馆转型中推行新核心导向的理念,并以此为主线,对准确定位、导向结构、实施系统保障等为基本内容的路径元素进行布局,力求形成高校图书馆有效融入全媒体大时代的一种可资借鉴的模式。This paper focus on the potential development in the transformation of the university library,introducing new core oriented concept,arranging the basic elements which include the accurate positioning,orientation structure and implementation system security.And strive to form a reference model when university library is effective in this time.
