摘　　要：随着信息时代的到来,图书馆的文献借阅管理工作在形式、内容、设备等方面已实现了从手工操作到计算机应用,从传统的闭架借阅发展到开架借阅,这是图书馆管理体制和服务体制发展的必然趋势,也是向读者全面展示馆藏资源的一种有效途径。虽然这种现代化的管理手段和面对面的服务方式,为读者提供了最大的方便和最有效的借阅需求,但也给图书馆带来了如乱架、丢失、损毁等一系列问题。如何扬长避短,为读者提供更为有效的服务,是当今图书馆开架借阅管理中面临的主要问题,也是今后图书馆不断探索、完善新的全开放的管理工作和制定切实可行的规范化服务措施,更好地促进图书馆事业发展的方向。With the advent of the information age,which makes the library literature lending management work in form,content,equipment,etc from manual operation to realize the computer application,also from the traditional closed shelves lending to the open-shelves loan system,this is a library management system and service system development inevitable trend,is also to the readers of library resources comprehensive display an effective way.Although modern management means and face-to-face service mode to provide readers with the most convenient and most effective lending requirements.But what followed,also to the library brought such as disorderly frame,loss,damage and a series of problems.How to enhance strong points and avoid weaknesses,to provide readers with more effective service,is the library in the management of the open-shelf books borrowing and the main problems of,but also the future of library continuously explore and perfect the new full open management work and make feasible standardization service measures,to better promote the direction of the development of the library career.
