摘　　要：项目化教学模式下实现人才培养目标需要企业的效能,文章从能力的构成即态度、知识、技能三个方面分析了企业效能的内容以及企业效能得以实现的内部资源,对项目化教学模式实施与推广过程中如何更有效地发挥企业的资源优势进行了探索与研究。Enterprise＇s efficiency is needed in order to realize the aim of personnel training under the project teaching model.Based on that, the paper intends to analyse the contents of enterprise efficiency and its internal resources from the aspect of the composition of abilities,including attitudes,knowledge and skills.It further dis cusses how to take full advantage of enterprise＇s resources in the process of applying and popularizing project teaching method.
