摘  要:某化工厂在运加氢换热器管束出现泄漏,检查发现多根不锈钢管束腐蚀穿孔、断裂,对换热器材质、管束泄漏样管宏貌和微貌进行分析,结合运行条件等综合判断,泄漏为CL-在凝结水气环境下,对管束造成的异常腐蚀所致。腐蚀的主因是换热器布置和工艺条件出现较大变化,文章最后结合实际情况,提出了应对措施。Emergence of tube bundle leakage in the operation of the heat exchanger of a chemical plant hydrogenation, found a plurality of stainless steel tube corrosion perforation, fracture, check found a plurality of stainless steel tube corrosion perforation, fracture, the heat exchanger tube bundle leakage sample tube material, macro and micro appearance analysis, combined with the comprehensive judgment operation conditions: for CL-in the condensed water environment, abnormal corrosion of caused. The main causes of corrosion are the equipment layout and process conditions change significantly. Finally, measures are proposed combined with the actual situation.
