摘 要:为提高光学玻璃的强度,采用热处理钝化玻璃表面划痕以及离子交换对其进行强化处理.通过DTA、OM、SEM和三点弯曲试验对光学玻璃的热膨胀性、热处理前后的表面形貌、强化后的离子交换层厚度以及弯曲强度进行了分析.结果表明,在580℃,保温5h的热处理工艺下,光学玻璃表面的划痕出现钝化,弯曲强度较原始玻璃提高117%.热处理后经过458℃,保温18h的离子交换处理,光学玻璃表面的离子交换层厚度达到60μm.采用热处理结合离子交换处理的强化工艺,光学玻璃的弯曲强度达到387.5MPa,提高413%以上.In order to get high bending strength of the optical glass,the heat treatment was used to passivate the scratches on the surface of the optical glass,and then to strengthen optical glass by chemical tempering process.Using DTA,OM,SEM and three-point bending test,thermal expansion of the optical glass,the surface morphology before and after the heat treatment,the thickness of enhanced ion exchange layer as well as bending strength were analyzed.The results show that when the heat treatment temperature is 580 ℃,and heat preservation time is 5 h,the scratches on the surface of optical glass are passivated,and the bending strength raises by 117%,compared with the origin glass.Holding on 18 h at 458 ℃ after heat treatment,the ion exchange layer in optical glass reaches about 60 μm,the bending strength also achieves 387.5 MPa,which increases more than 413%.
