摘 要:以湖南岳阳某石煤钒矿为原料,对其进行了浓酸熟化处理和两段逆流浸出提钒研究。结果表明,首先在硫酸加入量26%、物料粒度-2.0mm、熟化温度150℃、熟化时间3.5h条件下进行熟化,熟化料随后在常温下按液固比1.5∶1进行两段逆流浸出,每段浸出时间为3.0h,矿石中钒总浸出率可达94%左右,该流程具有无焙烧烟尘污染、钒浸出率高、工艺流程简单等优点。Extracted first from stone coal in Yueyang,Hunan province with acid curing,vanadium was then leached by two-stage countercurrent extraction process.The results show that the raw material is first treated with curing process under the conditions including dosage of sulfuric acid of 26%,particle size of-2.0mm,curing temperature of 150℃,and curing time of 3.5h.The total vanadium leaching rate is about 94%after the curing material is leached at room temperature with two stage countercurrent process under the conditions including ratio of liquid to solid of 1.5∶1and leaching time for each stage of 3.0h.This process has the advantages of no roasting dust pollution,high vanadium leaching rate,simple of flowsheet and etc.
