摘 要:在详细研究云南某红土型风化钛砂矿原矿性质的基础上,进行了多种试验室选矿工艺研究,弱磁—强磁—重选流程试验得到的钛精矿含TiO248.06%,回收率74.47%;弱磁—强磁抛尾后的粗精矿进行小型浮选闭路试验得到的钛精矿含TiO240.76%,回收率85.35%,选矿指标较好,为选厂的改造提供可靠的技术支持。According to the detailed research results of the properties of a laterite and weathered titanium ore,many process studies have been done in the laboratory.By adopting the flowsheet of low intensity magnetic separation,high-intensity magnetic separation and gravity concentration,The titanium concentrate grading 48.06% TiO2 was obtained with recovery of 74.47%,while employing the flowsheet of tailings removal by low-intensity and high-intensity magnetic separation and rough concentrate flotation,finally good indexed was achieved and titanium concentrate grading 40.76% TiO2 was got with recovery of 74.47% by the small-scale closed-circuit,so the research results could provide reliable technical support.
