摘 要:系统地研究和分析了CGF-2宽粒级机械搅拌式浮选机的工业应用效果,针对某钽铌矿的矿石性质以及工艺特点,制定了试验方案,测定了浮选机的矿浆悬浮能力、粒级范围在74~300μm矿物的分选效果和功耗。试验结果表明CGF-2型浮选机槽内阻流栅板上方能够形成稳定的粗颗粒悬浮层,叶轮搅拌力度适中,既能够保证常规粒级浮选效率,又能提高粗粒级选别能力,扩大了浮选矿物粒度范围,提高了资源的综合利用率。The industrial application of the wide-range size mechanical flotation cell(CGF-2) was systematically investigated and analyzed in this paper.Based on the characteristics of the tantalum-niobium and production process,the test scheme was determined including the contents of measuring the pulp suspension ability,the separation efficient of the minerals ranging from 74 μm to 300 μm and energy consumption.It is showed that stable coarse particles suspension level could be formed above grid plat in the cell body,proper agitating speed not only could ensure the flotation efficiency of the general size minerals,but also could improve the collecting ability of the coarse particles.Thus suitable particles’size range for the flotation cell is expanded,and the comprehensive utilization rate of resources is also improved.
