摘　　要：目的评价更昔洛韦治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法根据检索策略检索中国知网(1994-01至2011-09)、维普(1989-01至2011-09)和万方数据库(1989-01至2011-09)的相关文献,对符合要求的文献进行系统评价。结果共有15篇中文文献计2 145例患者纳入分析,文献质量均为C级。更昔洛韦治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的合并有效率为93.8%,OR=5.57,95%CI为(4.20,7.37),P<0.01;其不良反应发生率为7.59%,OR=1.52,95%CI为(0.52,4.44),P=0.44。结论受纳入文献质量限制,尚不能肯定更昔洛韦对疱疹性咽峡炎的有效性,要得到较可靠的结论还有待更高质量的随机对照试验证实。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of ganciclovir for the treatment of herpetic angina.Methods The related literatures were retrieved from CNKI（ from 1994-01 to 2011-09）, VIP（ from 1989-01 to 2011-09） and Wanfang database（ from 198901 to 2011-09） according to the retrieval strategy.The meta analysis was used to conducting the systematic evaluation on the satisfactory literatures.Results Fifteen Chinese articles involving 2 145 cases were included in the analysis.The literature quality of all included studies were rated as the C-class.The merging efficiency of ganciclovir in the treatment of herpetic angina was 93.8%,OR = 5.57,95% CI =（4.20,7.37）,P 0.01.The occurring rate of the adverse drug reactions（ ADR） was 7.59%,OR = 1.52,95% CI =（0.52,4.44）,P = 0.44.Conclusion Due to the quality limit of the included literatures,the efficacy of ganciclovir in treating herpetic angina is still not sure.Obtaining the more reliable Conclusion need much higher quality of the randomized controlled trials to confirm
