摘 要:目的建立同时测定甘油乙醇洗手液中甘油乙醇含量的气相色谱法。方法采用直接进样法。色谱柱为HP-Innowa毛细管柱(30 m×0.53 mm,1.0μm),载气为氮气;氢火焰离子化检测器,进样口温度为350℃,检测器温度为380℃;柱温起始温度为100℃,维持3 min,以100℃/min的速率升温至240℃,维持7 min。结果乙醇、甘油的检测质量浓度线性范围分别是0.12~0.36 g/mL(r=0.999 6)和0.007 6~0.022 8 g/mL(r=0.999 2)。结论该方法准确、可靠,可同时有效测定甘油乙醇洗手液中甘油和乙醇含量。Objective To establish a method for the content determination of glycerol and ethanol in Glycerol Ethanol Hand Sanitizer.Methods The GC method was used to determine the contents of glycerol and ethanol with the direct sample injection.The determination was performed on the HP-Innowax capillary column( 30 m × 0.53 mm,1.0 μm) with nitrogen as the carried gas.The flame ionization detector( FID) was used as the detector.The temperature of the injection port was 350 ℃ and that of the detector was 380 ℃. The initial column temperature was 100 ℃,maintainined for 3 min,then raised to 240 ℃ at a rate of 100 ℃ min and maintained for 7 min at 240 ℃.Results The linear ranges of the detection mass concentration were 0.12-0.36 g / mL( r = 0.999 6) for ethanol and 0.007 6-0.022 8 g / mL( r = 0.999 2) for glycerol.Conclusion This method is accurate and reliable,and can be used to simultaneously determine the contents of glycerol and ethanol in Glycerol Ethanol Hand Sanitizer.
