新长铁路创建线路治安“绿色通道”的实践与思考

摘　　要：确保铁路线路治安稳定对于创建线路治安"绿色通道"具有重要意义。作为普速线路,新长铁路存在通道口子多、道口隐患突出、涉路矛盾纠纷突出和巡防机制不健全等安全隐患问题,线路治安问题时有发生。应从物防建设、巡防效能、严格履职、加强管理等方面深入推进新长铁路创建线路治安"绿色通道"工作。To maintain the security of railway lines means a lot to creating a green channel of railway security. As a railroad for ordinary speed trains, Xinzhe -Changxing Railway has many potential safety hazards, for example, the railroad has lots of exits with potential risks, the related conflicts and disputes are serious, and the patrol system is not perfect. As a result, the security problems appeared often. This paper reflects how to promote Xinzhe - Changxing Railway to create a green channel of railway security from such aspects as enhancing preventive and patrolling effectiveness, performing the functions strictly and improving the administration.
