摘 要:首先分析了录井现场形成交流顶驱变频器电磁干扰的3个要素,即干扰源、传播途径、敏感设备,介绍了录井现场常用的屏蔽和接地等抑制干扰的方法,提出电缆屏蔽层两端接地比一端接地具有更好地抑制电磁干扰的作用,分析了在高频干扰下采取多点接地的意义,最后通过现场解决交流顶驱变频器电磁干扰的实践,证明信号电缆屏蔽层接地方式在录井现场抑制电磁干扰中具有重要的作用。The paper analyzed the three factors of electromagnetic interference from AC top drive converter which were formed in field mud logging operation,they were the source of interference,route of transmission and sensitive equipment.The author introduced the shielding and grounding interference suppression methods commonly used in mud logging operation,proposed that the cable shield was grounded at both ends had better effects on suppressing the electromagnetic interference than that was grounded at one end and analyzed the significance of adopting the multi-point grounding under the high-frequency interference.By analyzing the settlement of on-site electromagnetic interference of AC top drive converter,the signal cable shield grounding was proved to play an important role in the suppression of electromagnetic interference in field mud logging operation.
