基于系统理论的城市旅游业转型升级研究——以中山市为例

摘　　要：在自身成长的直接驱动和外部消费环境显著变化的情况下,城市旅游业转型升级势在必行,而旅游业本身结构的复合性决定了其转型升级的复杂性,这要求地方政府运用系统理论对旅游业的转型升级进行统筹规划。在此基础上,通过对中山市旅游业的发展现状进行系统分析,对中山市旅游业的旅游行业结构、旅游产品、旅游企业运营能力和政府综合管理能力的转型升级提出了具体思路。In the case of direct drive by self-growth and significant changes in the external consumption environment,the transformation and upgrading of urban tourism is imperative.The composite structure of tourism industry itself determines that its transformation and upgrading is a complexity,which requires the local government to apply systems theory to make an overall planning for the transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry.On this basis,this paper puts forward the specific ideas of upgrading development on tourism structure,tourism products,tourism enterprises operational capacity and government integrated management capability of Zhongshan tourism industry,through the system analysis on its development status.
