超支化聚酰胺的合成与PA-6纤维改性

摘  要:采用熔融缩聚法,以5-氨基间苯二甲酸为单体,亚磷酸三苯酯为缩合剂,一步法合成超支化聚酰胺。利用红外光谱对其结构进行表征。同时,将超支化聚酰胺以0、1.0%、2.0%、3.0%的质量分数作为共混组分加入聚酰胺(PA-6)基体中,研究其对PA-6结晶性能、流变性能、力学性能的影响。结果表明,超支化聚酰胺使PA-6的结晶速度加快,细化结晶;共混体系是非牛顿性假塑性流体,随着超支化聚酰胺含量的增加,表观黏度下降;加入超支化聚酰胺使PA-6的断裂强度有细微的下降。The "one-pot step" using the test hyperbranched polyamide was method based on 5-aminoisoph of infrared. proportion of , 1.0%, mechanical properties of PA synth thalic esized with the melt po acid and triphenyl phosp Hyperbranched polyamide was blended with p 0%, 3.0% to study the influence on the crys 6. Research showed that PA-6 showed a faster lycondensation of the hate and characterized ol ta crystallization rate with the addition of hyperbranched polyamide, the spherulites became small. The blends were non-Newtonian and shear-thinning fluid, apparent viscosity of which was decreased with increasing content of hyperbranched polyamide. Rupture strength of the blends was slightly lowe r.
