摘　　要：相比世界其他国家而言,我国选举法律制度存在一些疏漏,其中之一体现在缺乏健全的选举救济程序。通过梳理选举诉讼概念以及比较考察世界其他国家选举诉讼模式,完善我国选举诉讼制度理论构架以及实践操作,借此保障公民选举权的实现。Compared with other constitutional states, China＇s electoral law needs amendment in that it lacks a sound relief mechanism. By combing the notion of action of election and the sur- vey on that of other states, this thesis analyzes the current action of election system of China and provides some suggestions for its improvement. A sound action of election system can guarantee the suffrage and the practice of constitutional order of the state.
