摘　　要：云计算是当前信息产业最新最热的研究方向之一,云计算与知识产权的结合又是一种必然的趋势与最终的结果。为了使企业从产业初期就重视知识产权的创新、合作与保护,提升我国专利战略的自主创新意识,根据国家社科基金2013年度指南"协同信息检索技术及其用户查询行为研究"的重点研究方向,设计了《我国云计算专利协同信息检索及未来发展战略》选题,尝试情报检索与电子类、计算机类等交叉学科协同信息检索新模式。目的是为了摸清我国云计算领域的专利分布和跨国公司的垄断现象,着力推出体现国家水准的研究成果,为我国云计算技术的顺利实施提供参考建议,以期对国家社科基金2013年度指南的相关选题论证提供一定的参考建议。Cloud computing is one of the latest and hottest research direction of the Information Industry. Cloud computing and combination of fnteUectua] property rights is an inevitable trend and the end result. In order to enable enterprises from the industry early on the importance of intellectual property rights innovation, cooperation and protection and to enhance the awareness of independent innovation of China＇s patent strategy. According to the National Social Science Fund 2013 annual guide ＂collaborative information retrieval technology and user query behavior research＂ the key research direction, des）gn the topic of China＇s cloud computing patents collaborative information retrieva] and the future development strategy. Try a new model of information retrieval, electronic, computer and other interdisciplinary collaborative information retrieval. The purpose is to find out the distribution of patents in the field of cloud computing and multinational monopoly, to launch the national level of research results and to provide a reference for the smooth implementation of China＇s cloud computing technology advice Provide some reference to the proposed National Social Science Fund 2013 Annual Guide topics argument.
