摘　　要：利用PLCSIM软件在工业计算机上对基于Step7和WinCC组态画面的电渣炉电极升降控制系统进行离线仿真与调试,在程序开发阶段对程序进行分段测试,排除错误,优化程序设计。PLCSIM软件功能强大,使用方便,调试效果好,在一定程度上降低了直接在实际系统中进行程序调试的风险。the use of PLCSIM software in industrial computer based on SetpTand WinCC configuration screen electroslag furnace electrode lifting control system of off-line simulation and debugging, in the process of developing stage of the program segment tescing, debugging, optimizing the design process. PLCSIM software function i8 powerful, convenient debugging, good effect, to a certain extent reduced directly in the actual system, program debugging risk.
