摘  要:RoHS是由欧盟立法制定的一项强制性标准(RestrictionofHazardousSubstance),主要用于规范电子电气产品的材料及工艺标准,使之更加有利于人体健康及环境保护。该标准的目的在于消除电子电气产品中的铅、汞、镉、六价铬、多溴联苯和多溴联苯醚共6项物质,并重点规定了铅的含量不能超过0.1%。本文通过对目前低压电器产品中限用物质的检测技术研究,提出目前低压电器产品中限用物质检测流程、筛检方法,利用XRF分析限用物质含量。该研究最终促使我国电器产业链的更新换代,早日实现绿色电器产品产业链的目标。PoI-IS is a mandatory standards set by EU legislation, (Restriction of Hazardous Substance), mainly for the material and Technique Standard Specification for electrical and electronic products, making it more beneficial to human health and environmental protection. The purpose of the standard is to eliminate the electrical and electronic products in the lead, mercury, cadmium, six chromium, PBBs and PBDEs in all 6 substances, and mainly provides the content of lead not more than 0.1%. Based on the current low-voltage electrical products restricted substances detection technology, put forward the low-voltage electrical products restricted substance testing process, screening methods, and analyze restricted substances content by Xff, F. This study culminated in the upgrading of Chinas electrica] industry chain, an early realization of the goal of the green electrical products industry chain.
