摘　　要：目的通过我科临床中对双腔耐高压型PICC置管术中导管的剪裁方法进行总结,探讨其能源的节约。方法选择双腔耐高压型PICC置管186例,采用扩皮刀进行剪裁。结果保证置管的无菌与便捷的同时节约了能源,减少了开支。结论双腔耐高压型PICC置管术中用扩皮刀剪裁,切实可行且效果好,值得在临床中广泛开展。Objective To explore the energy savings by summarizing the tailoring method of of inserting double-lumen high pressure PICC catheter in our department.Methods Selected 186 cases of dual-chamber-resistant high-pressure type PICC catheter,adopted the expansion leather knife to cut.Results Not only ensured the catheter sterile and convenient,but saving energy as well,and reduced expenses.Conclusions Method of expanding-leather-knife to tailor dual-chamber resistant high pressure type PICC catheter is practical and effective,worthy of development in clinic.
