基层医院供应室医用无纺布与全棉布包装的应用对比分析

摘　　要：目的观察一次性医用无纺布与棉布包装材料的无菌包阻菌效果,分析一次性医用无纺布与棉布包装材料成本费用,在确保质量的情况下,为医院节约成本。方法比较传统棉布类包装和一次性无纺布包装的成本费用,通过储存过程中无菌包检验,对两种包装材料制作的灭菌包进行了评估。结果一次性无纺布包装成本明显低,灭菌后有效期延长,减少了无菌包重新包装、灭菌的频次和费用,减轻了供应室护士的工作量,降低了器械的损耗。结论供应室使用一次性无纺布包装灭菌成本明显低于棉布包装,节约了临床使用成本。Objective To observe the resistance effect of aseptic package between disposable non-woven fabrics and cotton packaging material,analyze the cost of disposable non-woven fabrics and cotton packing material in the case of ensuring quality to save for hospital.Methods Compared the cost between traditional cotton packaging and disposable non-woven fabrics through testing during storing,evaluated and analyzed the resistance effect between two packaging material.Results The cost of the disposable non-woven fabrics packing was significantly lower,lasting sterilization period,reducing the frequency of bacteria-free packet re-packaging,alleviating the workload of nurses in CSSD,reducing the loss of equipment.Conclusions The sterilization expenses of disposable non-woven fabrics are significantly lower than the cotton packing in CSSD,which can also save the consumable costs in clinical expense.
