慢性精神病人社区综合康复干预的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探索综合性社区康复干预对治疗慢性精神疾病的作用及效果。方法对顺德地区140例慢性精神疾病患者随机分为研究组和对照组各70例,研究组应用综合性社区康复措施进行12个月干预,研究组和对照组在干预前、第3月末、第6月末、第12月末分别采用精神病人简明精神病症状量表(BPRS)及社会功能缺损筛选表(SDSS)进行效果评定。结果采用综合性社区康复措施干预的病人,精神症状明显减少,社会功能缺陷程度明显降低,康复效果明显,且康复治疗时间与社会功能恢复呈直线正相关。结论社区康复干预治疗对慢性精神疾病患者恢复社会功能,降低残疾程度,提高患者治疗的依从性,减少复发,疗效肯定。Objective To explore the efficacy of comprehensive community recovery and intervention on chronic psychosis patients.Methods A total of 140 chronic psychosis patients were randomly assigned into intervention group and control group.The intervention group received comprehensive community recovery and intervention for 1 year,while the control group maintained the original community serves.The psychiatric symptom and social function of all patients were evaluated with Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale（BPRS） and social disability screening schedule（SDSS）,respectively on base-line,3 months later,6 months later and 1 year later.Results At the end one year,the scores of BPRS and SDSS of intervention group were obviously less than the control group,while the result of recovering is obvious.The time of rehabilitation was positive straight correlation with the recovery of social function.Conclusions Comprehensive community recovery and intervention contributes to the reduction of psychiatric symptoms,and to the improvement of social function for chronic psychosis patients.
