脑卒中专科护理人员参与医疗团队查房的实践与效果

摘　　要：目的探讨脑卒中专科护理人员参与医疗团队查房的实践与效果。方法实施由医生、护士、运动治疗师、作业治疗师、语言治疗师、传统治疗师组成的脑卒中专科团队查房。查房模式改革前后采用护理人员掌握脑卒中专科相关知识情况调查对脑卒中科40名护士进行调查，采用护理健康宣教满意度调查和护理工作满意度调查表对脑卒中科50例住院患者进行调查，比较查房效果。结果医疗团队查房前后掌握脑卒中专科知识和相关学科知识的护理人员从20．0％上升至57．5％，差异有统计学意义（X^2=11．850，P〈0．01）；脑卒中专科查房模式改革前后患者对护理工作满意度从（92．13±2．12）分提高至（97．45±1．89）分，差异有统计学意义（t=4．46，P〈0．05）。结论脑卒中专科护理人员参与医疗团队查房的模式优于传统护理查房模式，护理人员的业务素质较前有明显提升。Objective To study the practice and effect of stroke unit nurses participate in medical team rounds. Methods By stroke specialist rounds mode reformed, which consisted doctors, nurses, activity therapist, occupational therapist, speech Pathologist, and traditional healers. Before and after the intervention, the nursing professional quality and the patients＇ satisfaction of nursing work was investigated by using questionnaire. Results After stroke unit nurses participated in medical team rounds, Both the nursing professional quality such as master rate of knowledge about the stoke and the patients＇ satisfaction of nursing work were significandy improved [57.5% vs 20.0% ; （97.45 ±1.89） vs （92.13±2.12） ;X2 = 11. 850, t = 4.46 ;P 〈0. 05 ）]. Conclusions Stroke unit nurses participate in medical team rounds be worthy of promotion in clinic for it can improve nursing professional quality.
