摘　　要：武汉"1+8"城市圈卫生一体化建设是促进区域经济建设、实现"健康幸福湖北"的重要内容。通过对城市圈医疗资源共享现状研究,深入分析影响医疗服务共享的因素,在此基础上提出相关建议,以期加快卫生一体化进程,促进城市圈卫生事业的协调发展。The construction of ＂1＋8＂ urban circie is important for the regional economy integration and ＂health and happiness Hubei＂ achievement, The article analyzes the situation and problems of medical service sharing mechanism in Wuhan urban circle and provides relevant suggestions, to promote the process of health integration, and to achieve health career coordinative development.
