摘　　要：肿瘤专科医院的特殊患者群体需要更多的人文关怀和心理支持,为大学生参与志愿服务工作提供了最佳的平台和基础。通过适时引入大学生志愿者弥补医疗服务的不足,并在实践中建立志愿服务动员、激励机制,提高了志愿服务组织能力,使"以病人为中心"的服务理念落到实处。Special patients in the tumor hospital need more humanistic care and psychological support. The tumor hos- pital provides the platform and basis for university students＇ participation in voluntary service. Through university stu- dents＇ participation in voluntary service in medical service, voluntary service mobilization and incentive mechanism are established in practice, and voluntary service ability is enhanced to put the patient-centered service concept into practice.
