摘　　要：粉状磷酸一铵生产中料浆浓缩是制约装置生产负荷的关键因素。通过提升双效蒸发浓缩系统的II效蒸发器负压，并向II效换热器通入适量一次蒸汽，系统衔接性良好，运行平稳，能耗降低，提升装置生产负荷30％～50％。The slurry concentration process is the key factor restricting the powder MAP production load. Through improving the negative pressure of Ⅱ efficiency evaporator and injecting steam to Ⅱ efficiency heat exchanger, the system connection is good, and the operation is stable, energy consumption is reduced, the plant production load is improved by 30%- 50%.
