摘　　要：介绍利用硫酸铵母液稀释硫酸生产含氮磷肥的生产工艺和存在问题,通过采取降低硫酸铵母液中的二氧化硫质量浓度、降低进入混化器参与反应的硫酸质量分数、控制含氮磷肥合适的氮质量分数等改进措施,可以防止现场二氧化硫气体放出,改善含氮磷肥物性,生产出合格含氮磷肥产品。The production process of nitrogen-containing phosphate fertilizer from ammonium sulfate mother liquor and existing problems are introduced. Based on the improvement measure including reducing sulfur dioxide content in ammonium sulfate mother liquor, reducing mass fraction of sulfuric acid that participate in reaction in the mixer, controlling suitable nitrogen content of nitrogen-containing phosphate fertilizer etc., the escape of sulfur dioxide can be prevented, the physical properties of nitrogen-containing phosphorus fertilizer can be improved, the qualified nitrogen-containing phosphorus fertilizer are gained.
