摘  要:目的:应用MSCT对健康成人颞骨茎突形态进行分析研究,进而对成人颞骨茎突进行科学分型。材料与方法:随机抽取230例经MSCT扫描的健康成人的颞骨茎突(其中男140例、女90例,并按年龄段分成18-39岁、40-59岁和60岁以上三组)。将原始数据二次拆薄(层厚0.8mm,层距0.4mm)并传入工作站进行容积再现(VR)、多平面重组(MPR)等后处理,然后观察VR、MPR等图像上的颞骨茎突解剖形态,并对颞骨茎突进行分型。结果:颞骨茎突分四型,(1)完整型236个,占总茎突数的51.31%;(2)分节型106个,占总茎突数的23.04%;(3)发育不良型100个,占总茎突数的21.74%;(4)未发育型18个,占总茎突数的3.91%。结论:MSCT对颞骨茎突观察清晰、准确,较X线更具优势,其中以VR图像显示最佳。分型结果能准确反映不同形态颞骨茎突在健康人群中的分布,对临床诊断、治疗颞骨茎突病变有一定的指导意义。Purpose: To analyze the morphology of the temporal styloid process in healthy adults with multislice spiral computed tomography (MSCT) so as to make a scientific classification at them. Materials and Methods: 230 Cases (460 sides) with styloid process in adults ( men in 140 cases and woman in 90 cases) who had undergone pate scan with MSCT were randomly selected for this study. They were divided into three groups according to the age including from 18 to 39, 39 to 59, and older than 60. All of styloid processes were reconstructed on volume render (VR) , multi-plain reconstruction (MPR) for the observation of their anatomy morphologies prior to a systematization of them. The thickness and span of slice were 0. 8ram and 0. 4ram respectively. Results: There were four types in styloid process including intact type (236 sides) , segmental type (106 sides), dysplastic type (100 sides), and rudimentary type (18 sides). The proportions of each type were 51.31% , 23.04% , 21.74 % , and 3.91% respectively. Conclusion: Compared with X-Ray, MSCT, especially in a VR model, a- chieved a clearer and more accurate observation for temporal bone styloid processes. The results could provide an accurate re- flection on the distribution of different types of temporal bone styloid processes in healthy population, and a guide for the clini- cal diagnosis and treatment of temporal bone styloid processes diseases.
