Objective To investigate the value of transesophageal atrial pacing combined with atropine in the atrioventricular junctions conduction testing. Methods The clinical data of 72 cases with the detection of atrioventricular junctions conduction from May 2011 to September 2012 were taken for retrospective analysis. They were taken with esophageal law the atrial pacing joint atropine for detection and the positive rate was analyzed. Results The positive rate for determination of atrioventricular block points intravenous atropine pacing 2∶ 1 atrioventricular block point 150 beats / min was 71.4 % and 25.4% after intravenous injection. The positive rate for once atrioventricular block point 100 beats / minintravenously was 95.2% and 31.7% after intravenous injection. The positive rate of second degree type I atrioventricular conduction block group intravenous was 77.8%,and 41.7% after intravenous injection. The differences for the positive rate before and after intravenous were significant, with P〈0.05,there was statistical significance. Conclusion The transesophageal atrial pacing combined with atropine can reduce the incidence of atrioventricular junctions conduction function, and improve the clinical outcomes.
