电灼联合匹多莫德治疗尖锐湿疣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察高频电离子电灼联合匹多莫德治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效和安全性。方法将156例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为治疗组(78例)和对照组(78例),对照组单纯使用高频电离子手术治疗仪进行电灼治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用口服匹多莫德口服液口服连用2个月。结果随访3个月,治疗组痊愈70例,治愈率为89.7%,对照组痊愈56例,治愈率为71.8%,治疗组的治愈率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.09,P<0.01);治疗组复发11例,复发率为14.1%,对照组复发24例,复发率为30.8%,复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.23,P<0.05)。结论匹多莫德对电灼术治疗尖锐湿疣有明显提高其治愈率和对其复发有预防作用,能明显降低患者的复发,安全有效,具有临床推广价值。Objective To observe the prophylactic effect and evaluate its safety of condyloma acuminatum treatment pidotimod on high-frequency electroionization treatment.Methods 176 cases of patient with condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into the high-frequency electroionization treatment group（78 cases） and the combined treatment group（78 cases）.The high-frequency electroionization treatment group received single treatment,while the combined treatment group received high-frequency electroionization treatment and pidotimod,10 ml.po.bid for 2 months.Results Three months after treatment,70 cases in the treatment group were cured,the cure rate was 89.7%;56 cases were cured in control group,the cure rate was 71.8%,the cure rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences（χ^2 = 8.09,P 0.01）.The treatment group of 11 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 14.1%,24 cases of recurrence in the control group,the recurrence rate was 30.8%,the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group,which had statistically significant differences（χ^2 = 6.23,P 0.05）.Conclusion Treatment with pidotimod after high-frequency electroionization can significantly improve the cure rate and have a preventive effect on the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum fulguration therapy,can significantly reduce the recurrence of patients,which was safe and effective,and it was worth spreading in clinic.
