摘 要:针对2012年7、8月发生在黄河上中游近23年来最大洪水的监测任务,提出了一种面向对象自动遥感信息提取和人工解译相结合的人机交互方法及相应的监测技术流程,利用31景HJ-1A/B卫星CCD数据,有效跟踪监测了洪水从形成直至消退的全过程,为防洪决策提供了及时可靠的汛情数据。研究结果表明,此方法能高效准确地完成特大洪水的遥感监测任务,为大流域、长历时洪水的遥感监测提供参考。For the monitoring of the catastrophic flood of the Upper-Middle Yellow River occurred in July and August, 2012 since 23 years ago, a human-computer interaction method combined with the automatic extraction of the object-oriented remote sensing information and the manual interpretation as well as its relevant monitoring technological process are put forward herein; by which an effective track monitoring on the whole process of the flood from its formation to recession is made with 31 images of CCD data from IAJ - 1A / B satellite, and then the reliable data of flood information are provided in time for the decision-making of flood control. The study result shows that this method can effectively and correctly implement the remote sensing monitoring of cata- strophic flood and provide references for the remote sensing monitoring of large river basin and long duration.
