摘 要:目的了解郊区县社区护士的培养现状,分析存在问题的原因,为社区护理人才队伍的建设提供依据。方法采取分层随机抽样方法,2012年2—6月抽取北京3个郊区县38家社区卫生服务机构的302名社区护士进行问卷调查,同时,对各卫生服务机构l~2名的相关管理者进行访谈。结果郊区县社区护士处于低学历、低年资状态;参加过岗位培训的人数为119名(39.40%)、短期培训63名(20.86%)、进修21名(6.95%);所期望的培养方式有岗位培训263名(87.09%)、请专家到本机构指导159名(52.65%)、到二级以上综合医院进修149名(49.34%)、到发展较好的社区卫生机构进修141名(46.69%)、短期培训105名(34.77%)等。结论郊区县社区护士的整体素质亟待提高,培养现状有待改善;完善培养方式和保障措施,以加强郊区县社区护士的培养力度。Objective To investigation the present training situation among community nurses in the suburbs of Beijing,find the existing problems and causes, and provide the basis for the construction of talents team of community nurses. Methods By u- sing by the method of stratified random sampling, a questionnaire survey was conducted 302 nurses from 38 community health service institutions of 3 suburbs in Beijing. The administrators of the institutions were also interviewed. Results Most of the com- munity nurses in the community health service institutions of suburbs were with a low academic qualifications and seniority. 119 ( 39.40% ) nurses had the chances of on-the-job training,63 (20.86%) had the chances of short-term training;21 (6.95%) had the chances of further studies. The expected training mode of them included on-the-job training( 87.09% ) , direction in their own hospital by external experts (52.65%) , further study in secondary or higher grade hospitals (49.34%), further study in devel- oped community health service institutions(46.69% ) and short-term training( 34.77% ). Conclusion The overall quality and training of community nurses from community health service institutions need to be improved. The training mode and safeguard measures should be developed.
