摘　　要：目的探讨蚌埠市固定无偿献血者铁营养状况,为科学、规范的推行无偿献血提供依据。方法检测固定献血者的血红蛋白(Hb)含量以及血清铁蛋白(SF)浓度,并与未参与献血的体检健康者相比较。结果与健康体检者相比,年献血1次的无偿献血者,Hb未有下降,然而对于年献血2次者,Hb下降较为明显;SF水平随着献血频率的增加而减少。结论采血前须测定献血者的Hb值,对于铁缺乏的高危人群,如年献血频率为2次的献血者,还可以检测其SF。如果发现SF偏低,应善意通知其暂缓献血,并指导献血者正确的饮食、营养和治疗。Objective To investigate the iron status of regular voluntary non remunerated blood donors and to provide evi- dence for the scientific implement of blood donation. Methods The levels of hemoglobin （Hb） and serum ferritin（SF） of regular voluntary non remunerated blood donors were determined, and the data were compared with those of healthy control. Results Compared with healthy control, the level of Hb from those who donated once per year did not decrease, while the level of Hb from those who donated twice per year decreased signifieantly;the level of SF decreased with times of donations significantly. Conelu- sion The concentration of Hb must be determined before donation, to the high risk population of iron deficiency, especially those who donated twice per year,level of serum SF need to be assayed,if the level was low, the donation should be deferred, and guid- ance of diet, nutrition and treatment was needed.
