摘  要:目的通过实行APN排班,分层级使用护士,满足优质护理服务"以病人为中心"的服务理念。方法以护士长领导下高年资护士责任组长(N3N4N5)——责任护士(N2)——助理护士(N1)的层级管理梯队,围绕优质护理服务目标及内涵实行三班制(APN)排班,减少交班次数,落实各级岗位职责,体现能级效应,弹性排班。护士长动态调整排班,高年资能力强护士重点关注危重抢救患者的整体护理,低年资护士在高年资护士指导下进行护理工作。结果各班均有高年资护士对低年资护士进行指导,保障护理工作安全,减轻护士的工作压力和心理压力,减少交接班次数,提高工作效率和满意度。结论 APN排班体现了护理排班无缝隙衔接,满足患者的需求,分层次使用发挥其潜在能力。Objective Arrange the nurses according to APN and assign jobs to nurses according to their different rates, in or- der to meet the "patients-oriented" principle. Methods Rated managing echelon of senior nursing team leaders leaded by charge nurse ( N3 N4 Ns ) -duty nurses ( N2 ) -assistant nurses ( NI ), use three shifts arrangement (APN) centered on the aim of high-quality nursing, reduce the times of shifts exchange and implement duties of every position, embody the functional effect of every rank, arrange shifts flexibly. Arrange the shifts of the charging nurse adjustively, emphasize the senior nurse job on emergency cases, and put the work of junior nurses under the supervision of senior nurses. Results In each class, the work of junior nurse was un- der the supervision of senior nurses to guarantee the safety of nursing and reduce the work stress and mental pressure of nurses and reduce the shift exchange,thus to enhance the efficiency and degree of satisfaction. Conclusion APN shift arrangement can make the shift exchanges seamless so as to meet the patients need, and thus the potential of every rank can really be brought into play.
