摘　　要：通过对市场上滴灌带专用料的分析,确定了滴灌带专用料的技术指标。采用聚乙烯树脂,通过共混方法制备了改进型滴灌带专用料DG-3,DG-4,且与市场上使用的滴灌带专用料DG-1,DG-2及进口产品进行了性能对比分析和成型加工试验。结果表明:DG-3,DG-4专用料的加工性能及用其制作的滴灌带产品性能优异,拉伸形变小于5%,爆破压力大于0.30 MPa,微孔水流量达到3.0 L/h,可满足国家标准要求。The technical indicators of the commercial similar products. Improved special special resin for emitting-pipe were determined by analyzing resins DG-3 and DG-4 for emitting-pipe were prepared using polyethylene by means of blending. Compared the properties and moulding processing with DG-1, DG-2 and imported products, DG-3 and DG-4 had better processability, and the emitting-pipe produced with DG-3 and DG-4 showed excellent performance. The tensile deformation of the product was less than 5%, bursting pressure was greater than 0.3 MPa and water flow in micropore was 3.0 L/h, which met the requirements of the national standard.
