摘　　要：采用熔融插层法制备了乙烯-1-辛烯共聚物(POE)/马来酸酐(MAH)接枝POE(POE-g-MAH)/十溴二苯醚(DB)-三氧化二锑(AO)/有机蒙脱土(OMMT)复合材料。采用X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜分析了OMMT在POE/POE-g-MAH/DB-AO/OMMT复合材料中的分散形态,研究了OMMT与DB-AO的协效作用对复合材料阻燃性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:OMMT片层均匀地分散在母粒中,达到了纳米级的分散,且大部分以剥离形态存在;当w(OMMT)在3%以内,复合材料的阻燃级别均为FV-0级;随着w(OMMT)增加,复合材料的热释放速率由964.58 kW/m2降到494.72 kW/m2,质量损失速率由0.285 g/s降到0.137 g/s,表明OMMT与DB-AO的协效作用能有效提高复合材料的阻燃性能;加入OMMT有利于提高复合材料的定伸应力和撕裂强度。Ethylene-octene copolymer （POE）/maleic anhtydride grafted POE （POE-g-MAH）/deeabro- modiphenyl oxide （DB） -antimony tri-oxide （AO）/organic montmorillonite （OMMT） composites were prepared by means of melt intercalation technology. The dispertion morphologies of OMMT in POE/POE-g-MAH/DB-AO/ OMMT composites were analyzed via X-ray diffraction （XRD） and transmission electron microscope （TEM）. The effect of synergistic effect of OMMT and DB-AO on the flame retardation and mechanical properties of the composites was studied. The results indicated that OMMT evenly dispersed in the masterbatches even reached to the nano-level and most of them were exfoliated in the masterbatches. When the mass fraction of OMMT was less than 3%, the flame retardant level of the composites was FV-0. With the increase of OMMT mass fraction, the heat release rate of the composites decreased from 964.58 kW/m2 to 494.72 kW/m2 and 0.285 g/s to 0.137 g/s of the mass loss rate. This result showed that OMMT and DB-AO were provided with the synergistic effect on availably improving flame retardant properties of the composites. The stress at definite elongation and tear strength could be improved with the addition of OMMT.
