摘  要:通过添加喹吖酮β成核剂和溴-锑阻燃体系获得阻燃β晶型聚丙烯(β-PP)。运用差示扫描量热仪和锥形量热仪研究了溴-锑阻燃体系对β-PP结晶性能和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:低含量的八溴醚对β晶有较强的抑制作用,随着八溴醚含量的增大,其对β晶的抑制作用减弱,并在质量分数14%以上转变为促进作用,而Sb2O3在各种含量下对β晶都有较强的抑制作用。溴-锑阻燃体系对β晶的影响随体系中溴与锑之比而变化,含量大的起主导作用。此外,β晶的变化对溴-锑并用体系处理β-PP的阻燃效果无影响。The flame retardant β crystalline form polypropylene (β-PP) was prepared by adding β-nucleating agent quinacridone and bromine-antimony flame retardant system to the compound. The effect of bromine-antimony flame retardant system on the crystalline properties and flame retardancy of β-PP were studied by using differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and cone calorimeter. The results show that tetrabro- mobisphenol A bis(2,3-dibromopropyl ether)(TBAB) strongly inhibits the formation ofβ crystalline at lower loading levels, while the inhibition is gradually weakened with the increase in loading level, and TBAB with mass percentage of over 14% becomes a facilitator for forming β crystalline. Antimony oxide strongly inhibits the β crystalline formation at any loading levels. The influence of the bromine-antimony system on the formation of [3 crystal depends on the relative proportion of bromine to antimony, and the one in higher content plays a dominant role. In addition, the flame retardant efficiency of the bromine-antimony system treated β-PP is not affected by the variation of the βformation.
