摘 要:采用热重分析、转矩流变实验、差示扫描量热法和热老化拉伸实验研究了五种管材专用无规共聚聚丙烯(PPR)的热氧稳定性能。结果表明:自然存放PPR树脂的时间延长,其在更低温度下易发生分解,也会降低加工稳定性能;中试生产的PPR树脂在高剪切作用下的热氧稳定性能优于其他PPR树脂;国产两种PPR树脂的热氧稳定性能均优于进口树脂,其氧化诱导期分别达55.5,45.9 min;中试生产的PPR树脂的抗热氧老化性能相对更加稳定。The thermal oxidation stability of five kinds of random copolyproplyene(PPR) special resins for pipe were studied by thermogravimetric(TG) analysis, torque rheological experiment, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and thermal aging tensile experiment. The results showed that the PPR resins were easily decomposed at lower temperature and its processing stability declined with the natural storage time increased. The thermal oxidation stability of pilot PPR resins was better than that of other PPR resins at high shear stress. The thermal oxidation stability of two domestic PPR resins is better than that of imported PPR resins. The oxidation induction times of the two domestic PPR resins were 55.5 mins and 45.9 rains, respectively. The thermal oxidation property of the pilot PPR resins is much stabler.
