摘  要:从聚合工艺、聚合产品和装置应用情况等方面介绍了Unipol气相法PP工艺。该工艺采用独特的气相流化床反应器技术和先进的给电子体技术,在气相法PP工艺聚合技术方面处于全球领先地位。我国已引进该工艺装置8条生产线,可生产均聚合、无规共聚合和抗冲共聚合等全系列PP产品。根据国内情况,指出掌握该工艺和产品的特点是我国技术人员在Unipol气相法PP工艺装置上进行新产品开发和产品质量升级的重要研究方向。Unipol gas-phase polypropylene technology was elaborated in terms of polymerization process, polymerized products and application of the technology. Unipol technology leads the world in gas-phase polypropylene technology for its unique gas-phase fluidized bed reactor and advanced electron donor technology. China has introduced eight production lines of Unipol gas-phase polypropylene technology, and all complete polypropylene products including homopolymer, random copolymer and impact copolymer can be produced. According to domestic situations, it is pointed out that better understanding of the characteristics of Unipol technology and its products is an important research orientation for domestic technicians and researchers to develop new products and upgrade product quality in Unipol gas-phase polypropylene plants.
