摘 要:本文以国内某工程用离心压缩机为研究对象,采用商用软件ANSYS-CFX选用SST湍流模型,对压缩机离心叶轮及无叶扩压器内部流动通道进行三维造型,采用三维定常与非定常计算方法,得到该叶轮的性能曲线和内部流场的基本特征。进而对其在小流量状况下叶顶间隙的非稳定流动特性进行了分析,对比了两种非定常计算方法:一种为出口边界都给定常值的非定常计算;另一种为出口压力边界设置为随时间增加,逐渐逼近失速的非定常计算,所得到的结论有助于分析其非稳定流动的发展规律。Based on a centrifugal compressor for an enginering application in domestic,ANSYS-CFX with SST turbulent model is used to carry out the three-dimensional modeling on the internal flow field of centrifugal impeller and bladeless diffuser.The three-dimensional steady and unsteady calculation method is used to obtain the performance curves of the impeller and the basic features of internal flow field.Then the unsteady flow characteristic of tip clearance under low flow condition is analyzed.The two kinds of unsteady calculation methods are compared.One is the outlet boundary given constant value;the other one is the outlet pressure boundary set to gradually approach to stall as time increasing.The obtained conculsion will be helpful for analyzing the devoloping rule of its unsteady flow.
