摘 要:为了有效地控制轴流式压气机中叶片边界层分离的发展,提高压气机的效率,本文对轴流式压气机中具有广泛应用前景的流动控制方式进行了研究,如叶片的整体俯仰运动、叶片表面吹吸气以及叶片表面的局部振动等。数值结果表明,本文所提出的几种流动控制方式,在适当的参数范围内时,均能够显著地减少分离,提高叶片的气动性能。本文以二维NACA0012翼型和NACA0015翼型作为研究对象,对几种流动控制进行数值模拟以及机理研究。To effective control the flow separation in the boundary layer of the compressor passages and blades and improve the efficiency of an axial compressor,this paper has studied the flow control way with widely application prospect in axial-flow compressor.Therefore,several flow control techniques,such as the pitching motion of the blades,blowing and suction on the blade surface and local vibration of the blade surface etc.,are proposed.It can be found from the results that,when the amplitude and frequency are in suitable range,the flow field and the aerodynamic performance of the blades and compressor impeller can be improved greatly by these techniques.For the sake of simplicity,the two-dimensional NACA0012 and NACA0015 airfoils are used for numerical simulation and mechanism analysis of these flow control techniques.
