摘　　要：目的 探讨切开复位内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床疗效.方法 采用足外侧切口,切开复位锁定解剖钢板内固定治疗54例.结果 36例均获随访,随访时间平均18个月（6～ 36个月）.参照Maryland评分标准,优26例,良5例,优良率86％.结论 锁定解剖钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折可以获得较好的临床效果,是一种较为理想的治疗方法.Objective To investigate the effects of the locking compression plates on the intra-articular cal- caneal fracture. Methods The lateral foot incision and locking plate was used for treatment of calcaneal fracture 54 cases. Results 36 patients were followed average 18 months（6-36months）. The overall results to the Maryland Scale were evaluated as excellent in 26 cases, good in 5 cases. The rate of excellent and good was 86%. Conclusion The internal fixation with locking compression plate in treatment of calcaneal fractures can achieve good clinical results. It is a kind of ideal treatment method.
