摘　　要：通过对海西烘焙中小企业实际需求的分析,以海西某西饼食品公司为实际研究背景,成功设计并实施具有烘焙业通用价值的烘焙企业资源计划系统ERP软件,实现给企业带来可观的经济效益,提高企业管理效率,提升企业的竞争实力的目标,为企业的持续发展增添了活力。On the basis of analyzing the actual demand of small and mediem-size bakeries in the western coast of the Taiwan Straits, as a case, ERP, a resources planning softwear suitable for any bak- ery enterprises, has been successfully developed and applied in the production. The software realizes the target of mproving the management efficiency and promoting the competition power of enterprises, thus brings considerable economic benefits to the enterprises, provides dynamic for the sustainable development of enterpreisese.
