摘　　要：目的了解重症监护病房(ICU)医护人员的心理健康状况,分析医护人员心理压力形成的原因,提出改善ICU医护人员心理健康的措施,为该特定人群的心理评估和心理保健工作提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对唐山市人民医院79名ICU医护人员进行调查,并将结果与国内常模评分进行比较。结果该院ICU医护人员的总分为(180.52±58.21)分,高于全国常模的(129.96±38.76)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。其他各因子分与全国常模的差异也均有统计学意义,均P<0.01。ICU医护人员的心理状况主要表现在躯体化、强迫、敌对、抑郁和人际关系等方面。结论唐山市人民医院ICU医护人员的心理健康状况明显差于一般人群。[ Objective ] To investigate psychological health status of medical staff in intensive care unit （ ICU ） , and analyze the cau- ses of their psychological stress g to propose measures for improving the mental health of ICU medical staff , and provide evidence for psychological assessment and psychological care of specific population. [ Methods] SCL-90 was adopted to investigate 79 ICU medi- cal staff. The scores were compared with those of the national norm. [ Results] The total score { 180.52±58.21） of ICU medical staff was higher than that of the national norm （ 129.96 ± 38.76 ） , with significant difference （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The scores of other fac- tors were significantly different with those of national norm（all P 〈 0.01 ）. The main psychologic status of ICU medical staff were somatization, anancastia, hostility, depression and interpersonal relationship. [ Conclusion] The mental health status of medical staff in ICU of Tangshan People＇s Hospital is worse than the national norm.
