上海市浦东新区人群中医体质辨识调查与分析

摘　　要：目的调查上海市浦东新区人群的体质类型分布情况。方法采用门诊就诊与健康检查相结合的方式,对27 800例体质辨识对象进行调查分析。结果平和质占19.66%,气虚质占12.49%,阳虚质占6.35%,阴虚质占18.34%,痰湿质占9.73%,湿热质占7.58%,血瘀质占4.81%,气郁质占2.57%,特禀质占0.54%,兼夹质占17.94%。结论兼夹体质现象普遍存在,偏颇体质中阴虚质、气虚质、痰湿质占比例较大。[ Objective] To investigate the distribution of constitution types among residents in Pudong New Area of Shanghai. [ Methods] By using the clinic investigation and health examination, 27 800 research objects were investigated and analyzed. [ Results] The moderate type accounted for 19.66% , deficiency of vital energy accounted for 12.49%, deficiency of yang accoun- ted for 6.35%, deficiency of yin accounted for 18.34%, dampness accumulation accounted for 9.73%, heat and moisture accoun- ted for 7.58% , blood stasis accounted for 4.81% , obstruction of the circulation of vital energy accounted for 2.57%, specific type accounted for 0.54%, and accompanied type accounted for 17.94%. [ Conclusion] The accompanied type is common, and the proportions of deficiency of yin, deficiency of vital energy and dampness accumulation are high.
