香菇多糖联合化疗治疗乳腺癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察并评价注射用香菇多糖联合化疗治疗乳腺癌的作用。方法将60例乳腺癌患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组在化疗基础上给予注射用香菇多糖静脉滴注辅助治疗;化疗结束后,观察2组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组生活质量评分及化疗的主要不良反应与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组细胞免疫功能较治疗前无明显改变,对照组明显下降,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论注射用香菇多糖可明显改善化疗不良反应,增强免疫力,提高生存质量,值得临床推广使用。[ Objective ] To observe and evaluate the efficacy of Lentinan combined with chemotherapy in treatment of breast cancer. [ Methods] A total of 60 breast cancer patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Thirty patients were treated with chemotherapy plus Lentinan for Injectionand control group patients received chemotherapy alone, The treatment effect of 2 groups was compared. [ Results ] The quality of life scores and main side effects in treatment group were significantly different with those in the control group（P 〈0. 01）. Cell immune function did not change after the chemotherapy in the treatment group, but declined significantly in the control group, with significantly difference between 2 groups （P 〈 0.01）. [ Conclusion] Lentinan can significantly reduce adverse effect of chemotherapy, enhance immunity, improve quality of life, and be worthy of clinical use.
