活血灵片对创伤性肢体深静脉血栓模型兔的影响

摘　　要：【目的】观察活血灵片对创伤性肢体深静脉血栓(DVT)兔血液指标的影响。【方法】将60只新西兰兔适应性喂养1周后,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、低分子肝素钙组(剂量为300 U.kg-1.d-1)和活血灵片组(剂量为0.27 g.kg-1.d-1),观察各组对创伤性肢体深静脉血栓模型兔血液流变学、血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素(6-Keto-PGF1a)及血管内皮素(ET)水平的影响。【结果】活血灵片组的全血粘度(高切)、全血粘度(中切)、全血粘度(低切)、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞变形指数、刚性指数显著降低,与模型组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),血浆TXB2、ET、6-Keto-PGF1a水平显著降低,与模型组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】活血灵片治疗DVT的作用与其能改善血液流变学指标和降低TXB2、ET、6-Keto-PGF1a水平有关。Objective To evaluate the effect of Huoxueling tablets,a Chinese patent medicine with the actions of activating blood to unblock collaterals,on the blood indexes of rabbits with traumatic deep venous thrombosis（DVT）in limbs.Methods Sixty New Zealand rabbits were given adaptive feeding for one week,and then were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,low molecular weight heparin calcium（300 U·kg^-1·d^-1）group and Huoxueling tablets（0.27 g·kg^-1·d^-1）group.The preventive medication was given to the corresponding groups on day 2 of the modeling.At the end of the experiment,the hemorheology indexes,thromboxane B2（TXB2）,6-keto-prostaglandin F1 alpha（6-Keto-PGFla）and endothelin（ET）levels were observed.Results The hemorheology indexes such as high-,middle-and low-shear whole blood viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index,erythrocyte deformation index and erythrocyte rigidity index were decreased in Huoxueling tablets group as compared with those in the model group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Plasma TXB2,ET and 6-Keto-PGF1a levels were also decreased in Huoxueling tablets group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The therapeutic mechanism of Huoxueling tablets for traumatic DVT in limbs is probably related with the improvement of hemorheology indexes and with the decrease of plasma TXB2,ET and 6-Keto-PGF1a levels.
