高效液相色谱法测定骨康口服液中芍药苷的含量

摘　　要：【目的】建立骨康口服液中芍药苷质量控制方法。【方法】采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定芍药苷的含量,以BDSHypersil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,流动相为乙腈—体积分数0.1%磷酸溶液(10∶90),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长230 nm。【结果】芍药苷在30.36～121.42μg/mL呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),回收率为98.2%(sR2.0%,N=9)。【结论】本法简便,准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于骨康口服液的控制。Objective To establish a quality control method for paeoniflorin in Gukang oral liquid.Methods High performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） was performed on BDS Hypersil C18（4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm）,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution（10 ∶ 90）at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was 230 nm.Results The linear range of paeoniflorin was from 30.36 to 121.42 μg·mL-1（r= 0.999 8）.The average recovery of paeoniflorin was 98.2% with RSD being 2.0%（N=9）.Conclusion The established method is simple,efficient and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of paeoniflorin in Gukang oral liquid.
