高效液相色谱法测定通经活络片中青藤碱的含量

摘　　要：【目的】建立通经活络片中青藤碱的质量控制方法。【方法】色谱柱为Kromasil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),甲醇为流动相A,体积分数0.05%二乙胺为流动相B,体积比为57∶43,流速为1 mL/min,柱温为25°C,检测波长为262nm,进样量15μL。【结果】青藤碱含量在0.612～4.08μg范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,线性关系良好(r2=0.999 5);平均回收率99.97%。【结论】本研究方法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于通经活络片中青藤碱的含量测定。Objective To develop a high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） method for sinomenine in Tongjing Huoluo tablets.Methods HPLC was performed on a Kromasil C18 chromatographic column（250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm）.Methanol was used as mobile phase A,and diethylamine was used as mobile phase B,their volume ratio being 57 ∶ 43.The flow rate was 1 mL/min,the column temperature was 25℃,the detection wavelength was 262 nm,and the injection volume was 15 μL.Results The linearity of sinomenine was good in the range of 0.612 ～ 4.08 μg（r2= 0.999 5）,and its average recovery rate was 99.97%.Conclusion The established method is simple,accurate,sensitive and reproducible,and is suitable for the determination of sinomenine in Tongjing Huoluo tablets.
